  • Know your values, strengths and working preferences so you show up consistently as the professional you want to be.

Give stellar feedback

  • How to give radically candid feedback in a human and direct way — to peers, project collaborators and senior colleagues.
  • Practice giving compliments and criticism in small groups and one-on-one in our practice labs using your own feedback situations.

03 

Collaborate with different personalities

  • How to communicate and collaborate effectively with different personalities.
  • Mastermind to tackle any challenging business situation participants face.

04  

Build emotional agility

  • How to build emotional agility and manage your inner team.
  • How to deal with pressure and stress through resilience-building techniques.

05  

Hold effective conversations

  • Practice holding effective conversations using questioning, active listening, labelling and other techniques to understand others better, develop relationships and co-develop solutions.
  • How to manage up and navigate conversations with senior colleagues — disagreeing, flagging risk, asking for what you need.

06  

Collaborate internationally

  • How to collaborate effectively internationally across different cultures.
  • How to communicate effectively and give feedback across different cultures.

07 

Negotiate and manage conflict

  • How to navigate everyday conflict constructively — peer tension, project disagreements, unclear roles — before it escalates.
  • How to leverage negotiation techniques in high-stakes conversations and everyday situations.

08  

Present persuasively

  • Practice how to present a new idea or change and bring others along.
  • Practice how to speak spontaneously and build a good argument that lands on the go.
