Lisette van de Sandt is an entrepreneur and people-oriented change manager at medium-sized and large organisations. She speaks, facilitates and trains internationally on change and leadership in her uniquely interactive and energising way.

Her first book 'How to get everyone on board' shows managers how to turn resistance into change motivation. Her motto: be positive about what works well today and optimistic about what you could do be better tomorrow.

In her spare time, she enjoys baking handmade pizzas in a wood oven and exploring cities on foot with her partner Thijs and son Finn.
