- How you can respond effectively to bias, prejudice and bullying as the person harmed, an observer, the person doing the damage or as a leader? Including a game with our examples and a practice lab using your experiences with bias, prejudice, bullying, discrimination and harassment.
- How you as a leader can create a just work environment where people work effectively, enjoy collaborating with their colleagues and are free from the inefficiency and resentment that unjust treatment breeds?
- Plenty of resources to tackle unjust work habits on an individual, team and organisation level.
