  • How to use different leadership styles based on your employees’ experience levels.
  • How to coach and delegate to empower more effectively.
  • What kind of leader you want to be to achieve results, be authentic, and live your values.

Give feedback

  • How to give radically candid feedback in a kind and direct way that leads to performance and excellent relationships.
  • Practice giving radically candid feedback – compliments and criticism – in small groups and one-on-one in our practice labs using your own feedback situations.
  • How to create a feedback culture within your team and organisation.
  • How to turn giving and receiving feedback into a daily routine within the team.

03 

Collaborate with different personalities

  • Discover what motivates people.
  • How to recognise other people’s behavioural preferences from their language and actions.
  • How you communicate and collaborate effectively with different personalities.

04  

Develop your team

  • How you can fast-track your team through the team development phases.
  • How to use all strengths and preferred working styles within the team.
  • How to nurture psychological safety and trust within your team.

Hold effective conversations

  • How to hold effective conversations using questioning, active listening, labelling and other techniques to understand others better and co-develop solutions.
  • How you can use various conversation formats (like giving bad news, performance conversations, motivating conversations) in the conversation practice labs.
  • How you can effectively deal with different types of reactions – ranging from an intense emotional outburst, tears to hardly any reaction at all.
  • Communicating effectively internationally across different cultures.

Manage performance

  • How you can evaluate performance effectively and fairly.
  • How you can stimulate the development of star performers.
  • How to deal underperformance and star performers whose working methods are belong par.
  • How to set expectations effectively and motivating goals.
  • How you can structure and hold stellar individual performance conversations – including practice lab.

Present persuasively

  • How to persuade people with different communication preferences.
  • How to give stellar speeches and talks using the communication toolbox and Ted Talk insights.
  • How to perform magic with words, voice, facial expressions, and body language.
  • How can you speak off the cuff and quickly prepare a persuasive argument for meetings with little to no preparation.

Lead change

  • How to get people excited for change and create a compelling change story.
  • How to guide people through change and co-create change using tools from the change toolkit.
  • How to deal with resistance to change
  • How to effectively deal with emotional reactions, uncertainty and resistance to change, including conversation practice lab.

09  

Build resilience

  • How can you develop personal and team resilience in difficult times?
  • How to give space for difficult experiences in the team and discuss difficult emotions with teammates including practice lab.
  • How to prevent teammates from getting burned out.

10  

Manage conflict & negotiate

  • How to effectively use negotiation and conflict management strategies.
  • Understand how conflicts usually escalate and what you can do at each stage.
  • How to moderate conflict conversations when you’re involved and as a third party, using various conflict moderation formats, including practice lab.
  • How to leverage negotiation techniques in high-stakes negotiation situations and daily employee conversations.
