Psychological assessment

  • Each participant completes the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), that reveals how each leader prefers to work, what motivates them, and how they typically behave under pressure.
  • Team strengths and gaps mapping follows in module 1.

Forge a cohesive executive team

  • What kind of leader you want to be — and how you embody your organisation’s values as daily leadership behaviours.
  • How your strengths and blind spots add up as a leadership team (using OPQ insights).
  • How you want to collaborate, decide and disagree as the executive team.

02 

Take sound decisions under uncertainty

  • How bias and groupthink distort thinking at the top.
  • How to apply systemic, strategic and paradox thinking to complex organisational questions.
  • How to stimulate constructive dissent so your team makes better decisions, not just faster ones.

03  

Build an innovation culture

  • How to build a psychologically safe culture where people experiment, speak up, and learn from mistakes rather than default to blame.
  • How to respond to failure — distinguishing failure types and what constructive responses look like.
  • How to share your own uncomfortable learning moments with vulnerable strength.

04  

Create a just work environment

  • How to create a just work environment free from the inefficiency and resentment unjust treatment breeds.
  • How to recognise and address bias, prejudice, bullying, discrimination and harassment — as leader, observer or the person doing the damage.
  • How to navigate power dynamics at the top and build a culture of accountability.

05  

Lead systemic change

  • How to lead cultural change as the top of the organisation — using systems, structures and environment to drive behaviour.
  • How to bring people through uncertainty and resistance — including a workshop on a real change you’re leading right now.
