  • Practice giving radically candid feedback—both compliments and criticism—in small groups and one-on-ones.Including practice lab using example scenarios and your own real-life feedback situations.
  • Practice how to deal with feedback deniers and difficult reaction types. Including deniers practice lab to practice real-world situations and mastermind to resolve challenging situations.
  • Learn how to receive feedback like a role model.
  • Discover how to create a psychologically safe feedback culture where giving and receiving feedback is expected and valued.
  • Turn giving and receiving feedback into a daily routine within the team and organisation.
